How we work
A clear process. Transparent pricing. No surprises.
Most small businesses have been burned by an agency. We try to be the opposite of that: clear scope, weekly progress, plain English, and a real number you can plan around.
The process
Four stages, however big the project.
-
Discovery
A free call about what you’re trying to fix, who’ll use it, and what success looks like.
-
Plan
A short proposal: what we’ll build, what it costs, when it’s done. No 40-page deck.
-
Build
Weekly slices. You see progress every week, with time to adjust before things harden.
-
Launch & support
We launch, train your team, and stay close the first month. After that, most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer.
What’s different
Why working with us doesn’t feel like working with an agency.
-
You talk to the builder
Not an account manager relaying messages to a developer in another time zone. The person you call is the person writing your code.
-
Plain English
No “solutioning” or “synergy” or “leveraging.” If we use a technical word, it’s because there’s no plain version, and we’ll explain it.
-
A monthly rate, no deposit
One predictable number per month. No four-figure deposit, no surprise invoice at launch. See how pricing works.
-
You own everything
Source code, accounts, domains. We hand it all over. No lock-in, no “you have to keep paying us forever.”
-
Weekly progress, not a big reveal
You see what we’re building every week. By launch, there are no surprises. You’ve been driving the whole way.
-
Made in Michigan
No offshore handoffs, no time-zone games. Owner-operated from Gregory, MI.
Pricing
A monthly rate, not a big deposit.
Instead of a four-figure check on day one, you pay a flat monthly rate. Hosting, monitoring, and everyday changes are included. After the minimum term, you can cancel any time, and you own the source code either way.
