    A short proposal: what we’ll build, what it costs, when it’s done. No 40-page deck.

  3. Build

    Weekly slices. You see progress every week, with time to adjust before things harden.

  4. Launch & support

    We launch, train your team, and stay close the first month. After that, most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer.

Instead of a four-figure check on day one, you pay a flat monthly rate. Hosting, monitoring, and everyday changes are included. After the minimum term, you can cancel any time, and you own the source code either way.

Do you take a deposit?
No. We bill a flat monthly rate from the start of the project. No four-figure check up front, no balloon at launch. See how pricing works.
What if I want changes mid-project?
Small adjustments are expected. That’s why we work in weekly slices. Bigger scope changes get a quick conversation about cost and timeline before we move on. No surprise invoices.
What happens after launch?
We stay close for 30 days at no extra cost to make sure things are running smooth. After that, most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer for hosting, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. You own the source code either way, so you’re never locked in.
What if something breaks?
During the 30-day window, we fix it on our dime. After that, if it’s a defect in the original work, same answer. If it’s a new requirement or outside the scope, we’ll quote it.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, when needed. Send yours over before discovery and we’ll review it.
