Who owns the website or app?
You do, from day one. We may host it for you as part of the rate, but the source code, the design, the content, and any accounts created for the project belong to you. If you cancel, we hand over a copy of the source or give you direct access to wherever it lives.
What happens if I cancel?
After the minimum term, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We’ll package up the source code and any project accounts, walk you through the handoff, and that’s it. No exit fee or surprise charges.
What if the build takes longer than expected?
The rate doesn’t change because of a schedule snag. We keep chugging away until you love the result. The only thing that changes the rate is you deciding to add new scope, and we’ll have an explicit conversation about that before anything shifts.
What if I’d rather just pay one lump sum?
We can do that too. The monthly model is what we recommend and what most clients prefer, but if a fixed-price project fits your situation better, say so on the discovery call and we’ll quote it that way.
